Isis Stead PharmD, MBA, is a 2021 graduate of the University of Findlay and is entering her second year as Population Health Fellow at The University of Findlay in partnership with Bon Secour Mercy Health. During her first year of the population health fellowship Isis worked with both partners to complete a variety of projects as well as work towards a teaching certificate. Isis has assisted with the precepting of both IPPE and APPE students, written standard operating procedures, contributed research and recommendations to the P&T committee, and is working on quality assurance research projects for both the University of Findlay Telehealth Center and Bon Secour Mercy Health regarding the effectiveness of continuous glucose monitoring and on the effectiveness of pharmacist led remote patient monitoring for congestive heart failure patients, respectively. In addition, Isis has volunteered in both the Findlay and Toledo communities at events such as this year’s UF Orientation Service Project, “Ask a Pharmacist” during the Toledo Fall Fest and as a judge for the 7th annual Ohio Regional High School Ethics Bowl.
