Kate graduated from The University of Findlay, College of Pharmacy in 2016 where she earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD). She has experience in community pharmacy and has been a preceptor for pharmacy students since 2017. Kate has worked in the areas of continuing education program development, community efforts to combat drug abuse and misuse and biometric health and wellness education and research. Kate has earned a certificate in Medication Therapy Management through the American Pharmacist Association and has also achieved her certificate in Chronic Care Management. Kate has been a part of the Telehealth Center team since November 2017.
Sothea graduated from The Universiry of Findlay, College of Pharmacy in 2011. She has earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) and bachelor degrees in Math and Science. She has experience in both community pharmacy as well as long term care pharmacy (LTC). Sothea served as the pharmacist in charge at a LTC faciltiy for over 2 years, serving over 12 facilties in the states of Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, and Nebraska. Sothea has also served as the LTC Clinical Cordinator for Medication Therapy Management. She earned her certificate in Medication Therapy Management through the American Pharmacist Association and has also achieved her certificate in Chronic Care Management. Sothea began working at the Telehealth Center in May 2017.
