"The education offered to the patients has such an impact on their life. People are so grateful when you reach out to make these calls and become an advocate in their medical care."

- Stephanie Busick, Telehealth Center Employee

"Telehealth is a mechanism whereby you can cost effectively increase your bandwidth to deliver services and increase connectivity with patients to improve access to comprehensive, quality patient care services and improve health outcomes. "

- John Stanovich, R.Ph.

"Access to patient care services continues to be a major problem for many patients. Barriers to health services include high cost of care, inadequate or no insurance coverage, lack of availability of services, lack of culturally competent care, lack of transportation, and lack of a family and friend support system for self-care. These barriers lead to unmet health needs, delays in receiving appropriate care, inability to get preventative services, financial burdens and preventable hospitalizations. Telehealth is a mechanism whereby you can cost effectively increase your bandwidth to deliver services and increase connectivity with patients to improve access to comprehensive, quality patient care services and improve health outcomes."
